Ilse Baltussen is currently working as an Operations Lead in HOLLAND WATER and a Service logistic manager in Viceroys Retail Construction BV. Previously, Ilse held roles such as Sr. PMO officer SUMMIT at FrieslandCampina, Teamlead Customer Service Butter & Milkpowder, Teamlead Customer Service Butter IP specialties and Consumer Products at the same company, and Cluster coordinator IP specialties Butter at Ordina. Ilse also worked as a Bid manager / teamleider at IBM. Ilse holds a Master’s Degree in Culture, Organization & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerciele Economie from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
