Cheryl Drew has over a decade of experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Logistics Customer Service representative at Holland Special Delivery since March 2011. In this role, Cheryl acts as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment information and responding to inquiries regarding freight status. Prior to this position, Cheryl was the Account/Operations Manager at Evergreen Janitorial Services from April 2002 to March 2011, where responsibilities included directing operational functions, staff recruitment and training, strategic planning, purchasing, and overseeing quality control and safety programs. Cheryl holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Jordan College, attended from 1985 to 1987.
