Jeff Gromberg is a highly experienced professional in the field of real estate development, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Holland Partner Group since January 2016. With significant involvement in all aspects of multifamily and mixed-use project development totaling 2,150 units and $1.15 billion in total capitalization, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in the industry. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, contributing to land acquisitions and multifamily development as part of a major national developer. Earlier in their career, Jeff served as a Senior Associate Engineer at Dale Christian Structural Engineers, where management of structural engineering for various development projects across Southern California was a significant focus. Jeff holds an MBA and a Master of Real Estate Development from USC, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Management from UC Irvine.
