Olivia Hill currently serves as the Assistant Headteacher at Holland Park School since August 2022. Prior to this role, Olivia was the Director of Learning for Sixth Form at Kensington Aldridge Academy from September 2017 to August 2022, during which the institution was recognized as TES School of the Year in 2018. Olivia also worked as a Teacher of History and Humanities at Chobham Academy from September 2015 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Studies and Teacher of History at Mander Portman Woodward Limited from August 2014 to August 2015, and as Senior Associate and Associate at Wikborg Rein LLP from December 2010 to August 2014. Olivia began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Ashurst LLP from September 2007 to September 2009. Olivia's educational credentials include a PGCE in Education from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Legal Practice Certificate with Distinction, and a Graduate Diploma in Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Bristol.
