Daniel Smith has worked in the food services industry since 2005. Daniel began their career at Texas Roadhouse as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in 2005. In 2010, they moved to Scioto Reserve Country Club as an Executive Chef. In 2017, they were appointed Director Of Food Services at Holland Management.
Daniel Smith began their education in 2004 at The Ohio State University, but did not complete a degree. In 2020, they enrolled at Columbus State Community College, where they are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM-CFPP) certification from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). In 2018, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from ANSI National Accreditation Board/ANAB.
