Krzysztof Mirek is an experienced Engineering Manager at Holidu since June 2020, responsible for managing software development teams, overseeing individual growth, hiring, and enhancing work processes. In addition to people management, Krzysztof co-defines the quarterly roadmap for OKRs, participates in design and architecture, and leads microservices extraction planning. Previously, Krzysztof worked as a Software Developer at Tipico Technology Services GmbH, focusing on the development and maintenance of a betting platform, and as a Software Development Contributor at Sabre Airline Solutions, contributing to an internet booking engine for major airline clients. Krzysztof began a career in software development with positions at NutriCon and ComBC Sp z o.o., and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology. The technical expertise includes a broad range of technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and various database systems.
