Frank Böddeker has diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Frank started their career at o-byte.com Deutschland as a Software Engineer from March 2011 to April 2012. Frank then moved to K.lab educmedia GmbH, where they worked as a Software Engineer from September 2013 to April 2014. In 2015, they joined picturemaxx international GmbH as a Software Engineer until June 2016. Frank has been working at HolidayCheck Group AG since June 2016, initially as a Software Engineer, then as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2019 to May 2021, and currently as a Senior Platform Engineer since May 2021.

Frank Böddeker completed their education at the Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Frank first obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Angewandte Informatik from 2007 to 2011. Frank then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the same field of study from 2011 to 2014.
