Todd M. Roberts has a solid work experience, having held various leadership positions in multiple companies. Todd M. started their career in 1992 as a District Manager at Automatic Data Processing, where they excelled in sales and marketing. Todd M. then became the Managing Partner at Omni Physical and Aquatic Therapy, Inc, where they successfully built the business and achieved significant financial growth. In 2003, Todd founded their own start-up multi-site outpatient physical therapy practice called Roberts Physical and Aquatic Therapy, LLC, where they served as the President. Under their leadership, the company thrived and they were responsible for various aspects including clinical care, training, recruiting, marketing, and sales. Todd then transitioned to Nearshore Americas in 2012, where they held the position of Vice President Of Business Development and Operations. Todd M. played a key role in developing and growing the company for six years. In 2018, Todd became the Chief Executive Officer at CARECO MEDICAL, INC., where they oversaw operational policies, strategic planning, and fiscal activity. Currently, they are working as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Holiday Retirement, managing all sales and marketing operations while building and maintaining strong relationships.

Todd M. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University between 1983 and 1987. Todd M. then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Lastly, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on marketing and healthcare at the University of Hartford, between 1998 and 2000.
