Sheikh Ahmed is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food production and management. Currently an Executive Chef at both EF at Rochester Foods Stuff Company and Morni Restaurant, since July 2019, Sheikh Ahmed also holds Head Chef positions at USQUYU and Usquyu Restaurant. Previous roles include Sous Chef at Holiday Inn Kuwait since September 2013 and Junior Sous Chef at Marriott International from April 2011 to 2013. Sheikh Ahmed has developed skills as a Sr. Chef D’ Partie at Hotel Costa Del Sol and Sheraton Hotel. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Food Production from the Institute of Advanced Management in Calcutta, India, and HSC certification from the Board of Odisha.
