Bikas Singh

Bikas Singh has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Chef De Partie (CDP) at Holiday Inn Hotel since February 2014, and previously as a DCDP chef at both Holiday Inn and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, focusing on continental cuisine. Bikas began the culinary career as a commi chef at ista Hyderabad from January 2011 to January 2013. Bikas holds a Master's degree in Food Preparation from the Hotel and Catering Management Institute, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from DAV College, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Early education includes a 10+2 certification in Business/Commerce from KV IMA Dehradun in 2005.
