Charlene Tirivavi currently serves as a Guest Relations Officer at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center, where responsibilities include addressing consumer concerns and enhancing guest satisfaction. Previously, Charlene held roles such as Research Assistant at Young Scholars Research Network, contributing to significant research projects including the Impact Assessment of Cyclone Idai and presenting findings at the National Council for Black Studies in Atlanta, Georgia. Earlier experience includes a Public and Guest Relations internship at the same hotel, where Charlene managed public relations and conflict resolution, and served as Rapporteur for the SADC Youth Forum, reporting on parliamentary committee proceedings.
