Catherine Urbain

Catherine Urbain is an experienced communications officer and writer at Yale University since January 2014, where responsibilities include researching and editing materials for grant applications and promotional content for the Department of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, Catherine Urbain has been a published children's book author since November 2008, focusing on stories about inner-city Latino children for middle grade readers. As a freelance writer and editor since June 2007, Catherine Urbain has collaborated with various clients, including non-profits and educational institutions. Volunteering at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and the Norwalk-Nagarote Sister City Project, Catherine Urbain assists with grant writing and supports families of children with serious illnesses. Catherine Urbain holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Hartford.
