Molly McQueen Hansen has a diverse work experience in the compliance and risk operations field. Molly currently holds the position of VP of Compliance at Holdings since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Regulatory Compliance, New Product Enablement at WEX from January 2022 to May 2023. From September 2020 to January 2022, they served as the Head of Compliance and Risk Operations at dashfi. Before that, Molly worked at Divvy | Inc. as the Head of Compliance & Risk Operations from August 2019 to August 2020, and as a Manager, Risk Operations from March 2019 to August 2019. Molly also has experience at Avid Acceptance as the SVP Operations from November 2013 to August 2018, and as a Compliance Officer from November 2013 to June 2014. Molly started their career as a Financial Services Consultant at AFS Acceptance from August 2013 to April 2014. Molly also had a significant tenure at Prestige Financial Services, where they held the positions of VP, Legal from May 2011 to August 2013, and VP, Bankruptcy from August 2006 to May 2011.

Molly McQueen Hansen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the University of Utah between 2000 and 2004. Molly then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Westminster University from 2011 to 2013.
