Karla Veintimilla is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and organizational management. Currently serving as the Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and HR Director at Holcim Ecuador since September 2021, Karla previously held the position of Assistant to the CEO at Grupasa Grupo Papelero from September 2018 to August 2021. Additional experience includes roles at SECRETARIA DE GESTIÓN DE RIESGOS as an Analista de Gestión de Cambio y Cultura Organizacional and as an Analista de Seguimiento de Proyectos, along with significant tenure at Accenture as a Client Financial Management Specialist and Analyst. Karla possesses an MBA in International Business and Strategic Management from Universidad de Palermo and a degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
