Soraya HOLDER is a highly experienced technical manager in the field of construction materials, currently serving as Technical Manager Solutions & Products and Technical Manager Mortars and Construction Chemicals at Holcim since February 2023. Prior to this role, Soraya was Directrice R&D et Qualité at Cantillana, overseeing R&D projects and managing laboratories across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany from October 2021 to February 2023. Soraya's extensive experience includes a leadership role in technical support for Bostik's European construction business and serving as R&D Manager Upstream, where project management and collaboration with global teams were key responsibilities. Soraya began a career with CTG in the Italcementi Group as Project Manager, focusing on the development and characterization of admixtures. Soraya holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Physical Chemistry from P. & M. Curie University and possesses advanced degrees in the same specialization.
