Pam Calderon has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and positions. PAM began their career as a Martin Hilti Foundation Intern in the International Development Program at Hilti Group. PAM then worked at Hilti Latin America, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Leader & Export Expert, Product Manager for LatAm, International Business Developer - LATAM, and Channels Manager. PAM later became the Strategic Marketing & Sales Channels Director, where they led the transformation of marketing, logistics, sales, HR, and finance areas for the Peruvian market.
After their time at Hilti Latin America, Pam joined Grupo Senda Panamá as the General Manager Diversa & Business Development Director Group Director. In this role, they brought business innovation to the group and supported the business development and strategy integration for the holding.
Pam also worked as a Business Development Manager at Black Labs, where they focused on delivering profitability and sustainability through the design and implementation of the commercial strategy in the Mexican market.
Following their role at Black Labs, they joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Sr. Product Marketing Manager Latam. In this position, they were responsible for defining and implementing the regional product portfolio strategy for power tool accessories and consumables for various brands. PAM also led the omni-channel commercial and marketing strategy for B2B, E-Comm, and B2C.
Most recently, Pam worked as a Business Consultant, providing expertise in crisis management, organizational transformation, contingency strategies, disruptive leadership, change management, and adaptability. PAM also specialized in virtual leadership, focusing on training and tools for leading efficiently and increasing motivation and productivity on virtual teams.
Currently, Pam is the Head of Sales Excellence LATAM at Holcim, where they are in charge of defining and implementing the LATAM commercial strategy in three key pillars: sales team structures, sales execution, and people training & development. PAM leads the commercial transformation for LATAM, including CRM implementation, training program development and deployment, and sales productivity tools and methods.
Pam Calderon has a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales Direction from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. PAM also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Sales Management from CEUPE - Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa, completed during the same time period. In 2006, they obtained a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from CELIDERH | Leadership & Human Development Center. Pam's education also includes a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, which they completed from 2001 to 2006.
