Nollaig Forrest serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Corporate Affairs at Holcim since April 2020, overseeing Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Branding, and Public Affairs. Key achievements include unifying the Holcim brand, launching global sustainable initiatives like ECOCycle circular technology and ECOPact low carbon concrete, and collaborating with architects on innovative projects such as the Essential Homes Research Project and the Striatus bridge. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications at Firmenich, where responsibilities encompassed Global Reputation Building and Stakeholder Engagement, and various leadership positions at companies including The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont. Nollaig Forrest holds degrees in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, IESE Business School, and Yale University focusing on Digital Media Strategy, Organizational Leadership, and Sustainability Studies.
