Feras Majali is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction materials industry, primarily with LafargeHolcim since April 2008. In the role of Merger Project Manager, Feras oversees the integration of the Lafarge-Holcim merger at the country level, specifically focusing on defining and managing financial synergies. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Feras managed various projects from feasibility studies through commissioning, and Operating Model Manager, which involved transforming operational practices and establishing a Project Management Office (PMO). Prior to these positions, Feras served as Engineering Assistant Manager at Lafarge Cement UK, contributing to plant development and planning within the engineering department, and worked as an Industrial Engineer at Lafarge, planning manufacturing and maintenance activities.
