Denise Singleton, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Holcim since September 2024, has extensive corporate governance experience as an Independent Director on the boards of Phillips 66 and Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, where involvement includes key committee roles. Singleton has held significant legal and executive positions, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at WestRock Company, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at IDEX Corporation and SunCoke Energy. Additionally, Singleton contributes to academia as a member of the Board of Visitors and Alumni Board at Georgetown University Law Center, having previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Chicago History Museum and as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Chicago Network. Singleton holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marquette University.
