Andy Smiley is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Plant Manager at Holcim Building Envelope since June 2013. Prior to this role, Andy held positions of Plant Manager and Plant Engineer at Firestone Building Products from June 2013 to September 2022, and was the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Nestle from June 2006 to May 2013. Andy's earlier career includes significant roles such as Engineering Manager at Fujifilm, where results-focused management and the implementation of world-class systems were pivotal in gaining market share, Project Engineer at Burlington Industries, and Electronics Warfare Technician in the US Navy.
