Mike Polletta is an experienced professional with a solid background in sales, marketing, and asset preservation. Currently serving as an Asset Preservation Consultant at Holbrook Asphalt Company since June 2019, Mike previously held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Cadden Community Management from August 2013 to June 2019, where contributions were made to enhance property values across over 225 communities. Prior work included roles at Print Management from 1997 to July 2013, focusing on printing, graphic design, and promotional items. Mike's educational credentials include studying at the Columbus College of Art & Design from 1986 to 1990 and graduation from Upper Arlington High School in 1986.
