Elvedin Ramani is a skilled professional in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on product management and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as Product Manager for HMT/alternative proteins at holac Maschinenbau GmbH since January 2021, Elvedin conducts tests to ensure product performance and safety while collaborating with various stakeholders to devise innovative solutions. Previous experiences include a research role at the Institute for Applied Materials, leading a student engineering association at KIT, and internships at Bosch Engineering in the power electronics and drivetrain components departments. Elvedin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, alongside an international study experience at Aalto University.
