Fadi Arbid has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Fadi started their career in 2002 as an Associate at Citi. Fadi then worked as a Senior Associate-Engagement Manager at Booz & Company from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, Fadi became the Chief Executive Officer at Amwal AlKhaleej, a private equity firm based in Riyadh. Fadi held this position until 2015.

In 2014, Fadi became a Founding Partner and CIO at Amwal Capital Partners, an alternative asset manager. Fadi was responsible for managing MENA investments and running a hedge fund. Fadi is also an Independent Investment Committee Member at Phoenician Funds since 2015.

Fadi has co-founded several companies, including Hoken Holdings Inc., where they currently serve as the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Non-Executive. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, Fadi attended Lancaster University and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analysis. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where they completed a dual major MBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
