Kornelia Wandas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kornelia started their career in 2011 with an accounting internship at POLTAX Biuro Podatkowo-Rachunkowe. In 2012, they completed an internship in the accounting department at Zakład Sieci i Zasilania Sp. z o.o. The following year, they interned in the controlling department at WPO ALBA/ALBA Group.

In 2014, Kornelia joined Credit Suisse as an assistant credit risk reporter before transitioning to the role of credit risk analyst in the Department of Analysis and Tests. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a senior reporting solutions analyst with a focus on C#/.NET support.

In 2019, Kornelia joined Business Reporting Solutions as a junior business intelligence consultant, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of reporting analyst/investment analyst at Hoist Finance, which they began in August 2020.

Kornelia Wandas completed their education in a chronological order. Kornelia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2012. Kornelia continued their education at the same university and achieved a Master's degree in Finance & Accounting in 2014. In 2017, Kornelia pursued postgraduate studies in Internet Technologies at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

Additionally, Kornelia has obtained three certifications. In January 2019, they earned the "Exam 761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL" certification from Microsoft. Also in January 2019, they completed the "Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI" certification also provided by Microsoft. The most recent certification they acquired is the "Microstrategy Analyst" certification, which was obtained in May 2020 from MicroStrategy.
