Bartosz Kołodziej has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Bartosz is currently employed as an Investment Analyst at Hoist Finance since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TU Europa SA/TU na Życie Europa SA, where they held the position of Samodzielny Specjalista from May 2016 to March 2023. Bartosz also has experience working at BNY Mellon as a Hedge Fund Supervisor from February 2016 to April 2016, and at TU Europa SA/TU na Życie Europa SA as a Specjalista from May 2013 to January 2016. Bartosz has also worked at Szkoła Inwestowania Sp. z o.o. as a Główny Analityk Rynku from October 2012 to April 2013, and as an Analityk Rynku from June 2012 to September 2012. Bartosz started their career as a Research Analyst at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics from May 2011 to May 2012, and also worked as a Research Analyst at Crisil Irevna Poland Sp z o.o. in 2011.

Bartosz Kołodziej completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2010. Bartosz earned two degrees during this time - a Magister (Mgr) degree in Międzynarodowe stosunki gospodarcze (International Economic Relations) and a Magister (Mgr) degree in Finanse i Bankowość (Finance and Banking).
