Lana Blaker is a seasoned executive in the investment sector, currently serving as Partner and Head of US & EU Investment Practice at Hogarth Davies Lloyd since March 2020, where expertise lies in placing Portfolio Managers and Senior Analysts across various strategies such as Long/Short Equity, Credit, Quant, and Macro. Prior to this role, Lana held the position of Senior Vice President of Recruiting and PM Selection at Paloma Partners Management Company from June 2016 to March 2020, focusing on attracting accomplished investment professionals while emphasizing capital and risk management. Additionally, experience as Vice President of Recruiting and PM Selection at Visium Asset Management from December 2010 to June 2016 involved managing a global recruiting team dedicated to sourcing and vetting talent for a multi-PM platform.
