Roger Kang holds an MBA, CAMS, and LSSGB, and has extensive experience in compliance and operations within the legal sector. Currently, Roger serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Americas and Global Head of Compliance and Conflicts at Hogan Lovells, having previously held positions such as Head of Operations and Global Head of Client Due Diligence and Conflicts Operations. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Roger worked at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where roles included Business Acceptance and Compliance Manager, Business Acceptance and Compliance Supervisor, and Business Acceptance and Compliance Credit Coordinator.
