Brayton Dresser is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in investment fund formation, real estate private equity transactions, and securities regulatory compliance. Currently serving at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP since August 2019, Brayton previously practiced at Baker Botts from September 1996 to August 2019. Prior military experience includes serving as a commissioned officer in the US Navy Submarine Force, aboard nuclear attack submarines USS Shark and USS Tinosa, where Brayton held various technical roles. Academic credentials include a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, an MPA from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
