Michael Ogazon worked at Hofstra University starting in 1986 as an Assistant Director of Business Services until 2011. Michael then transitioned to NYU Langone Medical Center as a Sourcing Leader in April 2011 before returning to Hofstra University, where they held various roles such as Senior Associate Budget Director, Director of Budget and Campus Dining, and Adjunct Instructor. In September 2018, they became the Director of Budget and Administrative Services at Hofstra University.

Michael Ogazon completed their M.B.A. from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University in 2004. Currently, they are a second-year doctoral student pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Pace University - Lubin School of Business, expected to graduate in 2023.
