Craig Cappel serves as the President and CEO of Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as President of Reynolds Consumer Products from March 2015 to December 2022, where Craig held complete P&L responsibility for a $1.3 billion global consumer branded business and managed an $800 million global business for Hefty Tableware. Prior roles include Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Reynolds Group Holdings Ltd., Chief Innovation Officer at Pactiv, LLC, and a series of engineering and management positions at Pactiv and AMP Incorporated. Education includes a Master's degree in Product Development from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
