Amber Potts has a diverse background in customer service and finance, currently serving as a Finance Assistant at Hoffman's Exterminating since November 2021. Prior to this role, Amber was a Receptionist at CHARLES WAHL, DMD AND ASSOCIATES, P.A., where responsibilities included patient interactions and insurance research. Previous experience includes positions as a Crew Member at McDonald's and a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where management of daily operations and customer service were key components. Amber began working at Target as a Barista, providing excellent customer service. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rowan College at Gloucester County.
