Michael McDonnell brings a wealth of experience in retail operations and business systems analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Retail Operations at Hoffman's Chocolates since September 2018, Michael oversees operations for eight retail chocolate and ice cream stores, including training and inventory management. Prior to this role, a position as a Business Systems Analyst at BBX Capital Corp has been held since October 2012. Michael's earlier career includes various roles at BankAtlantic, where responsibilities ranged from Supervisor of Loan Servicing to Market Manager, demonstrating a strong progression in managing branches and enhancing revenue. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at BankUnited and a Certified Trainer at The Olive Garden. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Florida.
