Tessia Purvis is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and patient care. Currently serving as a Hospice Nurse at Hoffmann Hospice since October 2020, Tessia focuses on providing compassionate care for patients during end-of-life transitions, conducting assessments, care planning, compliance reporting, and medication administration. Prior to this role, Tessia worked as an Admission Nurse at Bakersfield Behavioral Healthcare Hospital and as an RN Case Manager in Home Health, performing patient evaluations and coordinating care plans.
