María Candela Fenoll has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. María started their career as a Product Manager Assistant in the Media Department at Smartclip in 2015. María then joined Inditex as a Sector Retail employee in 2017, followed by a role at TENDAM as Showroom & PR personnel. In 2018, they worked at Springfield in Brand Production. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Comercial de Ventas at CURTYPLAST TRADING, S.L.U. After that, they joined Bryan Stepwise as the Art Direction & Brand Production Manager. Currently, María holds the position of Creative Producer at HOFF, starting in 2023.

María Candela Fenoll received their education in a variety of fields and institutions. From 2011 to 2016, they attended ESIC Business & Marketing School and earned a degree in Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas (Advertising and Public Relations) and a Título superior en Marketing y Gestión Comercial (Higher Title in Marketing and Commercial Management). In 2017, they completed a Curso Superior Community Manager (Advanced Course in Community Management) at Aula CM. María then pursued further studies in Communication and marketing of fashion and luxury at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, they participated in a Beca Erasmus (Erasmus Scholarship) at Budapest Metropolitan University.
