Steve Salisbury has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Steve is currently the Director of Technology at Hoff Companies, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, Steve worked at Hoff Companies for 14 years as an IT Systems Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and supporting a Windows-based ERP system, managing the network and user workstations, and researching new products to enhance the company's network. Before joining Hoff Companies, Steve worked as a Controller at Global Pacific Produce from September 2002 to March 2005. Steve also worked as a Software Support at Unison from 2000 to 2002.

Steve Salisbury attended Boise State University from 1981 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Steve also studied math as part of their undergraduate program. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Proofpoint Certified Security Awareness Specialist from Proofpoint.
