Christine Dyson

An early interest in elderly law ignited a commitment to work for those who lack mental capacity and struggle to express their own views and opinions. Christine has dedicated a large part of her career, to date, assisting and representing the more vulnerable in society to ensure their views and opinions are listened to.

Christine is a partner in the Court of Protection team and specialises in Deputyships for individuals affected by catastrophic injuries. She makes a wide range of applications to the court covering Statutory Wills, Trustee and gift applications.

Christine is skilled at all aspects of Court of Protection work and experienced in drafting documents including trust deeds and powers of attorney.

Christine is an experienced trainer on issues surrounding the Mental Capacity Act. She is keen to share her knowledge of the legal implications of lack of capacity with different support professionals including doctors and social workers.

Christine qualified as a solicitor in August 2015.
