Laura Montes has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Laura began their career as a Teacher Assistant at Industry Engaged Learning in 2006. Laura then worked as a Corporate Planning Analyst at Alpina S.A. in 2007 and as a Business Development Analyst at Organizacion Corona from 2008 to 2011. During their time at Organizacion Corona, they played a key role in identifying growth opportunities and developing expansion plans.

From 2012 to 2013, Laura worked as a Research Assistant and Tutor at Swinburne University of Technology.
