Lillian Blankenship is an experienced youth and family support worker currently employed at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network since February 2016, in addition to serving as a lifeguard and swim instructor at Hockomock Area YMCA since September 2015. Prior work includes a leadership role as Leadership Director at Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, where responsibilities included planning workshops and supervising the Counselor-In-Training program. Lillian also held various positions at Salem State University from August 2012 to May 2015, including National Residence Hall Honorary President, Front Desk Receptionist, and Resident Assistant, all contributing to student support and community engagement. Lillian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem State University in 2015.
