Carie Martin, MS, is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and leadership development with extensive experience in coaching and higher education. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Coach for BetterUp and other organizations, Carie also operates as a Senior Consultant at GreyPrint Consulting LLC, where responsibilities include designing and implementing coaching programs for higher education clients. As an Adjunct Faculty Member at Hocking College, Carie teaches hybrid General Psychology courses. Carie founded Coach Carie LLC, focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness training. Formerly, Carie managed programs at Franklin University, facilitating instructional excellence and enhancing student services at Ohio Dominican University. Carie holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
