Hadrien Hoogendam is currently serving as the Vicevoorzitter en Penningmeester at Solve Consulting NL since August 2024 and is a Board Member (Commissaris Senioren) at Hockey Vereniging Victoria since January 2018, where also serves as the Field Hockey Headcoach for top youth teams. Other roles include a Flex Worker in Secondary Education at FlexLesser, a Private Pilot at LionAir Rotterdam, and previously served as President of Stichting NYMMT and an M&A Intern at Factor & Ros. Early experience includes positions as a Junior MSP Consultant Sourcing at Staffing Management Services and Interim Office Manager at Primo Marine. Hadrien possesses educational qualifications in Business Administration and Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Baccalaurus Educationis from Erasmus School of Law, along with studies in Civil Engineering and Geosciences at TU Delft.
