Rachel Barry is a Senior Associate in Employment Law at Matheson LLP since August 2024 and has been a Board Member of Hockey Ireland since June 2022. Previously, Rachel served as a Senior Associate and Associate Solicitor in Employment Law at Arthur Cox LLP from May 2014 to August 2024, where responsibilities included advising clients on a range of employment-related issues. Rachel's legal experience began with a Trainee Solicitor position at Arthur Cox, along with roles such as Legal Assistant at Trinity College Dublin and Education Officer/Deputy President of Trinity College Dublin Students' Union. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the London School of Economics, and several additional qualifications in Arbitration and Employment Law.
