Mike Kraus has a diverse background in public administration, personnel management, and emergency response. Currently serving as Personnel Officer for the City of Hoboken since May 2014, Mike is responsible for overseeing employment processes and assisting new hires. Previous experience includes roles as a firefighter with the West Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department, a public administration intern in the Township of Verona, and various internships in political and legal environments, including work with Congresswoman Giffords and Judge Joseph A. Greenaway. Mike holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
