Adé Adeniji FRSA serves as the Director of Walk With You Coaching & Consulting since 2010, specializing in coaching, facilitation, and consulting to help individuals and organizations realize their potential. In addition to this role, Adé holds positions as a Principal Resolution Consultant and Associate Resolution Consultant with The TCM Group, and as an Associate Coach & Facilitator at The Hobbs Consultancy. As a Co-Founder and Group Facilitator of The Quest Collective C.I.C, Adé facilitates workshops aimed at supporting gay, bi, and queer men. Additionally, Adé is a Programme Facilitator and Leadership Development Coach at Frontline, focusing on social work initiatives. Previous roles include consulting and training positions at organizations such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, CIPD, Croft Centre, and Innovation Leadership Network. Adé's educational background includes advanced studies in transformational coaching, conflict resolution, and human resources consultancy, alongside various certifications in coaching and facilitation.
