Jeremy Smith started their career as an Assistant Professor at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in September 2011, where they worked until October 2013. Jeremy then joined the Orthopaedic Specialty Institute in October 2013 as an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon. Jeremy began their education in 1995 at UCLA, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics in 1999. Following that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended New York Medical College and earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. After completing their medical studies, Jeremy furthered their education at Jefferson Health from 2010 to 2011, where they completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in July 2013 and became a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) in May 2013.
