Felix Horng MD, MBA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Spartan Healthcare since April 2015, leading a team of 250 professionals across 16 locations in Orange County to provide accessible healthcare. In conjunction with this role, Felix has been a Medical Doctor at Hoag Medical Group since April 2015 and previously owned Woodbury Medical Group from January 2007 to April 2015. Additional leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Managers for Nautilus Healthcare Management Group, LLC, and as Medical Director at Prototypes Women Center. Felix's academic background includes an MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior medical education experience was held as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UCLA Medical Center from June 1996 to June 2007.
