Todd Jensen is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Project Director-Associate Vice President at HNTB, Todd oversees the profitable operation and timely delivery of mega projects while ensuring client satisfaction. Previously, Todd held various leadership roles at the Utah Department of Transportation, including Statewide Quality Manager and Project Director for significant projects such as the $1.725 billion I-15 CORE and the $685 million Legacy Parkway. Todd's career, which began in 1987, includes extensive experience in project management, budget oversight, client relations, and office leadership, leading to substantial growth in team size and operational capacity. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and has furthered education through Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
