Jennifer Harris, P.E., CPM, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and environmental planning. Currently serving as a Consultant at the North Carolina Turnpike Authority and Vice President, Program Manager at HNTB, Jennifer has a background that includes leadership roles such as Project Development Section Head at NCDOT and Director of Planning and Environmental Studies at the North Carolina Turnpike Authority. Previous positions include Transportation Engineer at NCDOT and Engineer at Williams. Jennifer holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University.
