David Leard, AICP, currently serves as the Program Management Group Director and Associate Vice President at HNTB since November 2019, having previously held the position of Project Director and Associate Vice President. Prior to this, David worked as a Senior Management Consultant at HDR/|nfraConsult from July 2012 to November 2019 and as Principal Consultant at Infraconsult LLC from December 2010 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as the Northwest Region Transit Market Lead at PBS&J from April 2009 to December 2010 and Project Director for the South Corridor Light Rail Project at Charlotte Area Transit System from February 2000 to April 2008. David holds a Master of Civil Engineering in Transportation and a Master of City and Regional Planning, both obtained from The Ohio State University between 1995 and 1997.
