Aaron Ford is an experienced professional in the fields of management, analytics, and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Department Manager for Major Programs, Analytics, and Enterprise Solutions at HNTB, Aaron has also held significant leadership roles as a Design/Developer Team Leader. As the President and CEO of N-tierdigm, LLC, Aaron demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills, and previously worked as a GIS Technical Manager at R.A. Smith National, Inc., as well as a GIS Web Developer at Ruekert & Mielke. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lake Forest College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
