Alisa Scibilia has an extensive career in people operations and management, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at HNM Systems since April 2017, where previous roles included People Operations Lead, Office Manager, and Office Administrator. Alisa has been affiliated with San Diego Model Management since 1987 and previously held the position of Closing Coordinator at Bridge Bilt from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, Alisa worked as a Community Service Coordinator at Escondido Education COMPACT from 2005 to 2009, showcasing a strong commitment to community engagement and organizational leadership.
